On Sunday 9 July 2017, in the splendid setting of the City of Bizerte in Tunisia, an agreement was signed between Cap 3000 and Marinedi for the management of the Marina of Bizerte for 22 years (with an option for a further 20 years) to a special purpose company majority-owned by the Marinedi Group itself.
When completed in 2018, the Marina will be able to accommodate up to 1000 berths of up to 100 metres in length, a shipyard, a fuel station, a restaurant and a number of commercial services of immediate necessity to the yachtsman.
At present the Marina is already operational with 400 berths fully serviced with water, electricity and mooring assistance.
The Marina di Bizerte completes the Marinedi Network at the centre of the Mediterranean by functionally linking the Sardinian ports of Teulada, Cagliari and Villasimius and the Sicilian ports of Balestrate and Trapani with the nearest African coast represented by the Marina di Bizerte.
